about:

hi! i'm a visual artist from bethesda, maryland and a graduate of emerson college in boston, currently based los angeles, california. i specialize in all aspects of production design for film and television, from design research to set drafting to set decoration to art direction to props coordination to costuming and beyond. my style is largely inspired by the diy low-budget maximalism of new queer cinema, but i'm always willing to accomodate for a director's vision - collaboration is what makes the visual medium special. check out my portfolio for samples of my work!

as well as production design, i consider myself a media critic and internet anthropologist with a vested interest in the canon of queer media. check out my substack where i post essays on queer media theory and my serializd where i log and review tv! outside of the world of film & tv, i arrange and perform a cappella music, voice-act, read, write, and bartend. i also dabble in fashion, supporting local drag, video game writing, graphic design, complaining about the los angeles public transportation system, and ANIMATION! please talk to me about animation!!!
